ground breaking cinema from 1927

THE PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC by Carl Theodore Dreyer was made in 1927 and it still stands as one of the greatest pieces of work in the history of cinema. Renee Falconetti (Joan) is astonishing. Check it out.

Thanks for the faves Aart. I know something has changed in the way I see things. I have been shooting consistantly during the break from DA but the subjects weren't really suitable for this site. (Note me and I'l give you the story).

Did you get to see Harper at the enmore? It was a much better venue than the entertainment centre =)
